How We Do It
We can't tell you everything, but what we can tell you is that we infuse the vinegar with chilies through a secret chemical process. We use only fresh ingredients: chilies and garlic, plus salt, spices, and sugar. The mixture macerates in vinegar until the sauce reaches perfection. We don't bottle it until it's just right. We blend the mixture, remove the seeds, and put the sauce in these great bottles with our really cool labels

We can custom craft an Infusion Hot Sauce for any taste. Want it milder? No problem? Hotter? You're playing with fire, baby! But we can do that. We can use different chilies to precisely calibrate a new taste sensation, just for you, your table, or your restaurant.
